Rowena & Justin – Intercontinental Wedding

How you Met: Rowena met her husband to be Justin through her younger sister many years ago while Rowena was living interstate at the time. Since moving back home to Canberra she needed some painting done in the spare room, which was originally set up as a nursery from the previous owners. Since Justin was a painter, Rowena asked Justin for him to do the work. Little did they know that small room would be the future bedroom of their son Lachlan in a few years!

Wedding Ceremony: The ceremony was held at the Intercontinental which overlooks the Coomera River.

Wedding Celebrant: The ceremony was conducted by celebrant Karen Miles.

Wedding Music: Guests enjoyed  the soft beautiful sounds of the harpists playing at the ceremony.

Wedding Reception Venue: Twelve years ago Rowena worked at the Intercontinental and has always wanted to have her wedding there .The reception was held inside the fireplace restaurant, setting an intimate & romantic atmosphere setting for their family & friends.

Bridal Gown: The bride wore a stunning gown by Luci de Bella of Melbourne, while the bridesmaids looked beautiful in their Sass n Bide dress’s.

Wedding Shoes and Accessories: Rowena wore Malano Blankik heels.

Wedding Photography: Photographic Art who did an amazing job with our wedding photography.

Wedding Videography: Geoff Schatzel from Motion art who did a fantastic job filming the whole day.
